sounds like your shift lever is not locking all the way. *the button on the drivers side (1/2inx1/8in) is the shift lock override, this could be stuck, take the trim piece off and check it.

It is because your shifter has not engaged in its place properly ( in park, P), therefore the ignition does not sense that it is in place and it wont let it turn and be pulled out.
Well, it depends on which model. There is no car called Lexus 09... But these cars will cost nothing less than $35,000, unless severely damaged. Most expensive one could be (LS 600h) would be $105,000, unless added expensive add-ons. I did not mention Lexus LF-A because that came out as a 2012 model.

Tune up is not specific enough. Unless you have 100k miles on your Lexus then it does not need a tune up. You should call your Lexus service department, or go to Lexus.com to find out what the specifications for the service interval you desire.
A bad short in the wiring
Your gas cap may have been left loose or the oring on the cap needs replaced unless you have lost it. If this is the case do yourself a favor and buy the thirty dollar Lexus replacement

It is caused by Bank 2 Sensor 2 oxygen sensor failing.
my Lexus rx300 misfired as well and i took it to the mechanic and it was the fuel injectors that where dirty because of bad gas
