the rear door lock is controlled by either the key fob or the key, and the wiper should be labeled on the wiper control. usually the very end of the wiper control is for the rear.

The only tools need to remove the inside door panel on a Toyota Sequoia is a screwdriver. There are various crews that need to be taken out to remove the door panel. After the screws are out, the door panel comes off very easily.

If you mean the mpx door relay it is in the rear door itself. Open the hatch and remove the plastic cover on the inside of the door. The mpx door relay is a black box with wiring running to it.
First, park you Sequoia in front of the garage door you want to sync. You need to hold down the button for garage door opener on the overhead pannel until the corresponding indicator light starts blinking. Then walk over to the garage door motor and push the button on the back of the motor (it's usually red). That will send a signal to your Sequoia, that will be stored by by the garage door button. That should do it!
