I have experienced this myself and I could only put it down to my cycle possibly being out of sync. I had period pain a couple of weeks before I came on, had my period, then had cramp pains for abouut a week and a half later. I get exremely bad period pains as it is if I dont take any ibuprofen in time but this was just ridiculous. I think my poor cycle that month was down to poor diet and stress so this may be the reason I a definately not an expert, I am just talking from experience and presumed that this was the explanation.
A cramp is your uterus contracting to help get the blood out. In your case it probably is your uterus contracting to get the left over blood out.
You could be constipated or have the beginnings of endometriosis or any number of things. If the pain gets really bad, or persists after you next cycle, please see your doctor.
This could be pregnancy related but its most likely due to missing the pill. Missing pills causing your period to arrive earlier.
I guess that could count as a period
your knocked up fool :b

If it has Splenda, it could be cancerous.
Spotting could be mistaken as a light period. I would suggest going to see a doctor because you could be pregnant.
Yes that can happen
It could be ovulation spotting, a light period or implantation bleeding
Yes
I just want to know what could cause a light period
It could be a sign you're pregnant or it could be a unusually light period for no physical reason. Do a test in a week.
