There is a problem in the airbag control system. The system needs to be checked to insure proper operation in the event of a crash.
why does my airbag light blink off and on on my 92 mercury gran marquis ls
An airbag inflates in less then 0.04 seconds. 5 times faster then a blink (0.2 seconds). If you blink, you'll miss it :)
There is a problem with your airbag system. Some vehicles will blink to display a diagnostic trouble code. For example 10 flashes, pause and 3 flashes, will indicate the trouble code 13.
The computer has detected a fault in the airbag circuit.

It's normal it comes to them originally like we know to blink
change the bulb
Many times if a door does not latch completely. If its the sliding door, could be the bottom door rollers are worn allowing the door to move.
The normal blinking rate varies greatly between people so it is difficult to answer the question in terms of normal blinks. If you try to blink rapidly, the muscles that control the blink will tire quite rapidly and the blink rate will drop dramatically. So again it is difficult to say. If you manage an average of 1 blink per second, then it will take just under 11.6 days - non-stop. Your eyes may get damaged in the process.
The infl rest light is just your airbag safety system it should blink a few times when the ignition is turned to on and then it should go out!!
Blink Blink was created in 2001.
I can't give an exact time, but I believe it is around the 5 nanoseconds mark. An airbag will deploy and start to deflate in less time than it takes to blink your eye
