Need more info as this question has many answers.
1. If your low beam headlights don't work, possibly bad dimmer switch, or both low beams are burned out (one burned out without noticing before the other one burned out. Replace the bulbs is all.
2. Your hi beam indicator is inoperative but you have high beams and low beams (replace dash bulb).
3. If equipped, the high beam and low beam relay is bad. Replace the relay.
4. Possibly a wiring problem, last resort

You may need to replace the speedometer fuse. The speedometer cable can cause your speedometer to stop working. The speed sensor can also cause the speedometer to stop working.
To find the cause of the low beams not working, start with the bulb to make sure both are ok. Check the dimmer switch, and the wiring from the switch to the headlights.
