Far too frequently, people who marry in their teens find that when they gain a little more maturity they no longer have anything in common. Teens are excited about sex and the idea of being with someone. When they get a little older they find that they often don't know or don't really like the person they married.

Under age marriage results in early pregnancy and often ends in divorce. This puts stress on the young couple and can cause school drop outs as well.

Should people under the age of eighteen not be allowed to marry?

Marriage is a contract between two people. The law has long held that anyone under the age of majority is not able to contract, not having a full understanding or appreciation of the consequences. Therefore, to get married under the age of 18 requires parental consent. Not all states allow this and most say you have to be at least 16 to get married, even with consent. Some states allow younger marriages, but require a court order to validate that there is no coercion or 'selling' of young girls into marriage/slavery.

Marriage below 18 years is legible?

Legible means whether or not you can read it. You can't read a marriage, it is an intangible thing. If you are asking whether marriage is LEGAL for those under 18, those under the age of 18 cannot get married in most of the United States. In some states, children can get married at 16 with parental consent. Legal marriage age varies through the rest of the world, but it is typically at the age of majority.
