Could be a problem with the vacuum system (leak at hose or motor either under hood or dash) if air is being directed to defroster (this is default position) Could be a plugged evaporator if no air at all

Check the fuse as per the owners manual and if the fuse is o.k, then the blower may be faulty. check the blower then. if both of these are good, the problem is expensive.

There is no heater blower is a Honda. The heat created on the air condition system is heated up through a heater core. If there is no heat coming out then the heater core will be the culprit.
