The Blazer has a two possible systems One: DRL Daytime running lights Lights that stay on during the day at a lower voltage level and Two: Twilight sentinel Headlight come on when day turns to dusk You cant shut either system off without losing something else, like interior lights, dash lights or brake lights
Pull fuse 15 on the fuse block on the dashboard
