What could be wrong if a 1996 Buick LeSabre starts and drives then will not start again?

I had the same problem with a 1992 Park Avenue with the 3800 engine. I first replaced the electronic ignition but that did not fix the problem. I then replaced the crankshaft heat sensor. That fixed my problem.

no. you might have to reset the clock and radio.
89 buick lesabre starts but won't idle only once in a while cold engine. after engine is warm may take up to 6 times to start engine and idle again only once in a while.?
Had this problem with my '87. I believe it was a bad fuel injector.

below the fuel pump there is a diaode with a float attached, what happens is the diaode burns out with repeated usage, pull the tank pay 50.00 to get a new sender to put on the float and taaaa daaaaaaaa your fuel guage will work again

Fuel pump is gping out it may have enough fuel to start then it works like a vacuum but the pressure is not enough to keep it going. Same thing happend to my Buick Lasabre.
