check your battery cables. could be old or just loose.
MAYBE IT COULD BE A BAD SENSOR. IF IT IS RUNNING GOOD I WOULD JUST IGNORE IT.
There could be a sensor wire that is bad or going bad
It could be an alternator. Check with a mechanic if that is the issue.
Refer to your owners manual. It should have it listed under battery maintanence If light is still on you probably haven't fixed the problem so it might be your alternator or it could be your battery.
Could be a fuse, could be broken wiring, could be a dead battery.
YOUR ALTERNATOR IS BAD THE REGULATOR INSIDE THE ALTERNATOR HAS SHORTED OUT BUT MOST OF THE TIME IT WILL STILL CHARGE
That could be the alternator or the battery. Try jump starting your car with another car's battery. If it still does not start, it is probably the alternator. If it starts, your battery is dead.
ive put in brake fuild oil toped that up checked the battery level all ok still the battery light and hand brake light are still on...
The battery has a temperature sensor. If it was left unplugged, the battery light will still be on
my battery is still on after changing battery and altnator
If the light is still on then the problem was not the battery but was instead the alternator which is more than likely defective.
Does you car starts??? if no that means your battery doesnt have enough adequate power...there are 2 things... your battery maybe damaged or your alternator is damaged causing not charging up the battery..but if your car starts..try to reset your computer by unplugging the negative battery then turn the ignition on for 20 seconds then plug the negative battery back..now check if you still have the battery lights on..cheers..
