It could be a bad battery battery does not have enough power in it to make starter to work.
i have a 98 blazer and read in the manual that you have to use the dome override button for this Dome override button has nothing to do with headlights, but with the interior lights in your vehicle. So it depends on what your problem is exactly.
just had this problem with my 2002 durango, the mechanic ran it on the computer and nothing showed up so he disconnected the battery and then reconnected it and everything works now. The headlights, locks, panel lights, interior lights, locks, rear wipers all run through the body assembly moduale. Hope this helps you.
Nothing Much
there is nothing you can do.

Check the battery. Turn headlights on - they will come on with or without the key if it has power from the battery. If lights do not come on, the battery is dead (try jump-starting) or there is a bad connection (loose cable), or a short in the electrical system. If headlights come on, but dashboard lights do not light up - check the ignition (cylinder / switch)

If you mean the Mars pathfinder, then I would say nothing. Apollo 11 did not use any type of wheeled vehicle anywhere on their mission, and certainly nothing robotic. The lunar rovers we're used until Apollo 15.
Nothing.
yes, it is nothing but transactional data
