After 2 years I could get up in the 130s without having to stop. Even clocked in a 145 once while mowing the lawn. But came down with plantar fasciitis couldn't exercise for 6 months. After a while the treadmill became almost addictive. Though I still like walking outside. I could even ride a bicycle.
