I am not a doctor but think i know the answer.
I have had this problem myself and was worried too but there really is nothing to panic about.
Basically the fishy smell is due to a higher amount of bad bacteria in the vagine. Usually the good and bad are equal and a certain amount of bacteria is good for the vagina. Get checked out by a doctor for medication to stop the smelly discharge and to balance out the good and bad bacteria again.
