I am not a doctor but think i know the answer.
I have had this problem myself and was worried too but there really is nothing to panic about.
Basically the fishy smell is due to a higher amount of bad bacteria in the vagine. Usually the good and bad are equal and a certain amount of bacteria is good for the vagina. Get checked out by a doctor for medication to stop the smelly discharge and to balance out the good and bad bacteria again.AnswerIF ANYONE KNOW'S IF THIS IS TRUE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.MY HUSBAND TAKE'S ALOT OF MEDS(OXYCODONE,DURAGISIC AND ANBIEN) HE ALSO DRINKS BEER.I FEEL THAT AFTER SEX THE REASON I GET SMELLY IS BECAUSE OF WHAT HE INJESTS.ANY OTHER TIME I DON'T SMELL THANKS JOANNE

Clear, odourless discharge and sometimes a creamy type of dishcharge and lots of it is normal during pregnancy. If you have a smelly or particular coloured discharge it maybe the sign of an infection and worth mentioning to your Doctor.
An increase in vaginal discharge during pregnancy is very common. It should be white or creamy and not blood-stained, itchy or smelly. If it is any of these see your doctor as you might have an infection.
