It could be your gall bladder. If you have tried an ultra sound already, you may suggest to your doctor that he/she try a hydoscan. This test will show if the gall bladder in not working properly.

∙ 14y agoA burning sensation in the lower right area of the abdomen could be appendicitis. If female, it could be an ovary or the start of pain that will get much worse involving an ectopic pregnancy.
If the pain moves around, it could be gas, but if it is in one place and the pain worsens or other symptoms such as nausea, diarrhea, fever, or vomiting appear...a trip to the doc is in order...ER!
Ectopic pregnancies can be fatal if not discovered early. Appendicitis may be acute or chronic and both forms can rupture at any time. Once the appendix ruptures, the pain will change and sometimes end for hours, but eventually you will develop extreme pain from peritonitis and require hospitalization and a ton of antibiotics to save your life. Intestinal contents will escape through the ruptured appendix.

∙ 12y agoThe left. I'm not sure. It could be gas, or cramps. If it were the right it could be apendicides or in other words you could need to have surgery to remove your appendix.
Your appendix is on the right side - very low. Your best bet is to see a doctor since abdominal pains are almost impossible to diagnose just by symptoms.
