Whether you will like not having a penis depends on why you had it removed, whether it was tied to your sense of self-identity, and how much you used it for sex. Obviously, you'd have to change the way you have sex, if you have sex, or you'd have to find other ways to pleasure yourself than before.
If you don't want a penis there, it is recommended to get a vagina created at the same time. That way, you won't waste the penile tissue and you won't be left without a way to have sex.

∙ 11y agoI would suggest if it is not too serious a cut that you just put a little disinfectant creme on it and apply and dress it lightly plaster the penis is very well supplied with blood vessels and will heal very quickly. However if the cut is very deep I would recommend you consult a doctor about it.
