What could painless small flat reddish brown spots be that are slightly dry and located on the upper thigh groin area and are not itchy or bothersome but have been there for months?

Hello - It is difficult to say what these spots could be without seeing them myself. It does sound like it may be moles or possibly even fungal related. See your Doctor for a examination.
