What do you mean by "What countries did the Jews affect during World War 2"? They were the ones affected by Hitler and his Nazi murderers. Over 6 million were murdered, for just being Jewish.
A very small number did try to help, despite the savage penalties if they were caught. Examples include Hermann Maas and Armin T. Wegner. Maas helped Jews leave Germany and Armin T. Wegner, a writer and journalist, wrote personally to Hitler in April 1933 calling for an immediate end to all antisemtic policies and to all government and Nazi actions against Jews. Both these people, together with some others are commemorated in Israel by Vad Yashem as Righteous Among the Nations.
Hermann Maas was the first German after World War 2 to receive an official invitation to Israel (1950). Wegner had also championed, as best he could, the Armenians when they were subject to genocide at the hands of the Turks.
These are two examples. There were others, too.
Most countries didn't. Denmark is famous for smuggling all but about 500 Jews out into Sweden, which also helped. Some people walked to Russia or Switzerland, who were also willing to accept refugees, and a few Jews escaped to England.
The Netherlands stands out as a country that openly defied the Nazi's to protect their Jewish population.
Hungary, Italy, Romania, Finland and [to a limited extent] Japan were all allies during World War II.

Jews practiced their religion quite openly during World War 1 in most countries where Jews lived. In Czarist Russia, there were some difficulties in practicing Judaism, but elsewhere it was not an issue. It was during World War 2 that being Jewish became an issue.
Jews were allowed to work during World War 2 in the United States. However, in many European countries, they had to go into hiding and were not able to work.

There are Jews in most countries of the world. Notable exceptions are Saudi Arabia and North Korea, which claim to have no Jews.
Jews practice Judaism wherever they are. As of mid-2009, that still amounted to almost 140 countries in the world.
During WW II, the term "Allies" referred to England, France, the US, Russia, Canada, and Australia. The Holocaust was an attempt to kill all the Jews in the world (along with members of other groups that the Nazis disliked, which included homosexuals, communists, Jehovah's Witnesses, and the mentally ill) and which did kill six million Jews, although not all the Jews in the world. It had a negative affect on the lives of German Jews, almost all of whom were killed, except for those who were able to flee the country in time. It was the most horrible persecution in human history.
