∙ 11y agoWill not research every country on the face of the earth for this answer but suffice it to say - you would probably NOT want to live in any country that does not have an extradition treaty with the US.

∙ 11y agoPhilippines is the best place, and some other countries that suck to live in. Even so, if you are poor and get thrown in jail there, they will deport you.
