What describes energy and matter in ecosystems?
Energy is described by a pyramid diagram (the ecological pyramid). There are 4 layers in the pyramid. The bottom layer is producers. They produce all the energy that goes up the pyramid. The second layer is the primary consumers, or herbivores, who eat the producers. Next, there is the secondary consumer layer, the organisms in it eat other consumers. Finally, there are tertiary consumers eat secondary and primary consumers. Note: as you go up the pyramid, the original energy from the level below it is reduced to 10% of the original energy from the level below it. The primary consumers get 10% of the energy the producers made, and so on, so the secondary consumers get 1% of the original energy, and the tertiary get 0.1% if the energy! See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ecological_pyramid for a picture of the ecological pyramid.

How energy from the sun is transferred within a food chain from producers to consumers to decomposers?
The best diagram to represent this energy transfer would be the pyramid. Plants (producers) use the sun's energy to make sugars through the process of photosynthesis. Those sugars are ingested by living things which feed off producers (primary consumer). Secondary consumers eat primary consumers and so one. Decomposers decompose producers, and consumers when they die. Some energy is always lost between those stages. A plant uses some of its energy to grow for instance, so the animal that eats it will always get less than the plant had. Herbovores use up their energy as well so there is an energy loss there as well, and so on. That's why it's a pyramid.

Where does a secondary consumer get it energy from?
Secondary consumers receive their energy by consuming other species. The energy that those species had transfers to the carnivore. Energy never ends, it keeps transferring and can change forms. A useful diagram of this process can be found at http://users.rcn.com/jkimball.ma.ultranet/BiologyPages/F/FoodChains.html.

What does the arrow between the ant and the lizard represent?
Which type of organism one that is third level consumer or one that is a producer is likely to have the largest population in an ecosystem?
Depends on the ecosystem. Producer, have the largest biomass in all, they're at the bottom of a energy pyramid diagram, which has a larger base (number of producers) than apex top of the food chain consumers). However, in terms of number of individuals, producers can easily be outnumbered by some animals such as insects in a not so dense forest ecosystem or even in a desert for instance, so it's a case-by-case scenario.

Where can you get a diagram of a ford LN 800 air brake system?
Specifically, probably nowhere, or nowhere reasonable. Just get a general diagram of brake systems in general, and you should be able to figure it out from there. If it's 1975 or newer, it'll have a dual circuit air brake system, either with three tanks (supply, primary, and secondary), or just two (primary and secondary).

When A game involves rolling 2 dice. draw a tree diagram to show all of the possibilities.?
A tree diagram for 2 dice is not a sensible approach to the question. You have the starting point from which there are six primary branches representing the six possible outcomes for the first die. Then, from each of these end-points there are six secondary branches representing the outcomes for the second die. This makes a total of 36 secondary branches and no sensible person would draw such a tree diagram: a 6x6 table is a much better way to represent the outcome space.
