Except for when the 'gave' his followers the prayer knwon as the "Our Father", his prayers were always unrecorded in The Bible, with the exception of that night in the Garden of Gethsemane - where he asked that th cup should pass away from him.

As with most personal prayer in the Christian tradition, he would most likely have prayed silently. The prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane (Matthew 26, Mark 14, Luke 22) is not the only prayer of Jesus to be recorded in scripture. ALL of John chapter 17 is a prayer of Christ's. Jesus also tells Peter that He has prayed for him, and in what regard, in Luke 22:32 - "But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren."
