he thinks he is there to vandalize the tomb and to mess with the dead bodies
When Juliet drinks the poison, they lie her to rest in the family tomb. Benvolio tells Romeo that is where she is, and he goes there to kill himself. i think Paris goes to visit her body and Romeo kills him.
Paris thinks that because Romeo killed Tybalt, he is one of those Montagues that has an insane hatred of Capulets and therefore has come to desecrate the tomb and the bodies within it.
Paris suspects romeo is attempting to desecrate the tomb.
to vandilize the Capulet tomb, Tybalt and Juliet
To fleer and scorn at the Capulets. Tybalt is under the impression that Montagues all hate Capulets so much that whatever they do must in some way be insulting.

Paris thinks that Romeo plans to commit some act of desecration or vandalism. Paris is easily prejudiced and is happy to believe that Romeo is an evil monster just because he is a Montague. Compare Paris instantly believing the worst of Romeo to Romeo's compassionate behaviour to Paris.

He was thinking about his family.. Except Romeo is a very passionate romantic and so he puts his family name aside for Juliet, as he loves her and is sick of the Montagues and Capulets fighting
Tybalt should be angry because Romeo is a Montague, and the Capulets and Montagues are feuding families. Seeing Romeo at the ball is a direct challenge to the Capulet family and their honor, adding insult to injury.
Juliet has taken a herb to make her look dead so that she can escape with Romeo. I think Paris was there to mourn Juliet and noticed Romeo coming. Romeo didn't know about the herb, and was coming to kill himself with poison so that he can be dead alongside Juliet. Paris thinks that Romeo s coming to vandalize the tomb, so he fights him, and Romeo kills him. Romeo kills himself, and then when Juliet wakes up and finds Paris and Romeo dead, she kills herself with a knife. Lovely.
He figures if her parents think she is dead, Juliet will be able to sneak out of town without having the Capulets chasing after her.
