Robert Clive's health was declining and he soon had mental problems. He always wanted excitement and when he felt there were no more exciting challenges ahead, he became bored. In 1774, at his house in London, Clive cut his own throat with a penknife!. The great British hero was dead, at the age of 49.

What kind of person was Robert Clive?

Robert clive wasn't a hero from my point of view, you might think differently, but anyway he led rebellions in school, he killed loads of people and he also was addicted to an illegal drug, opium. although he was a very good conqueror, he still was or is a villain (well, most people think so)
