I'm not sure if 'prove' is the best word. Both of these cases brought attention to racial equality. And in the case of Simpson it doesn't matter the color of your skin, just the color of your money.

If you are 17 and you have a child can you move out of your parents house?

It depends on the state that you live in. If the state allows it, then you could consider emancipation, which means you prove to the court that you are capable of acting as a responsible adult. Emancipation also requires that you hold a job that can provide for your (and your child's) needs.

Was OJ Simpson famous for killing some people was he guilty or not guilty?

Both. At his criminal trial the jury found him not guilty, not because they thought he was innocent but because they felt the prosecution did not prove their case. In criminal trials the jury can only return a guilty verdict if they felt that he was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. In Simpson's case there must have been some doubt in their minds. Reguardless of all the physical and circumstantion evidence that the prosecution put forth at the trial, Simpson's attorneys put enough doubt in their minds. So he was in fact guilty of 2 murders but was found not guilty. At his second trial he was found responsible for the murders of his ex-wife and her friend Ron Goldman. At a civil trial a jury can decide guilt and it doesn't have to be beyond a resonable doubt, but just has to be probable and likely. And it was this civil trial that was Simpson's undoing. He was ordered by the judge to pay the Brown and Goldman families millions of dollars in damages. He tried to hide his assets so he wouldn't have to pay the damages. He stole at gun-point his collection of sports memorabilia so he could stash them where the court order would not be able to find them. He is now serving 9 to 25 years for armed robbery in a prison in Nevada.

Prior to a case what must be submitted to the Supreme Court by a lawyer?

If it's for E2020 the answer is BRIEF. The Supreme Court is unlike any other court because the cases have all ready been heard and tried in lower courts. The lawyers have to prove that their argument is based in law and the constitution . They have to cite cases and law to the court in a determined set time. The justices will return a decision several months after the case is heard. They do not all have to agree in their decisions, but what they write may shape future cases and law. To begin the process a brief with the court is filed.
