They look pretty much like they do now. The iPhone came out 6 years ago and since then, all phone have been pretty much a big screen. Before the iPhone, cell phones had small screens, physical keyboards, no touch screen, and internet was pretty lame on them. The "smart phone" of that time was pretty weak compared to how much phones have changed.
