there was only one camp where Jewish families were allowed to live together, otherwise they were too tired to do much in their time off.
What would the prisoners do in a labour camp for fun?
The Jewish would not have had fun, they were worked to death, and supervised 24/7, if they actually had any fun, they would probably be shot on sight.
Very much the same as they did before and after the Holocaust. The oppression did not eliminate creativity, but although they were banned from socialising with aryans, they still persevered with the performing arts. Both plays and prose were written openly or sub-texturally mocking their oppressors. Children would also become more inventive having to cope with less.
Nothing, being in Auschwitz was NOT fun.
many people got prisoners from Auschwitz, the Buna works probably got the most.
The only Nazi camp that tattooed prisoners was the Auschwitz group, where prisoners selected for work were tattooed. Prisoners at other camps and those sent immediately to be gassed at Auschwitz were not tattooed.
405,000
About 300 prisoners escaped from Auschwitz without being recaptured.
It was either the SS or the prisoners in AUschwitz, it's usually the Prisoners who put the bodies in the creamatories but the SS are the ones who burns the bodies. This just dont happen in Auschwitz, this happens in all extermination and death camps.
The sanitary at Auschwitz was very poor for the prisoners in it.
Auschwity Prisoners were mainly from Hungary and Poland
