Mostly dolls and toy horses. They spent most of their time though learning how to run a household from their mothers. Girls in the warlike city state of Sparta enjoyed many sports including gymnastics, running, Wrestling, sword fighting, and dancing. This was only in Sparta though because other city states did not approve of girls engaging in activities like sports.
