In my previous job, I have many learning's that I want to share. First, I've learned to be brave enough because I've encountered a lot of temptation. Otherwise, there's a lot of circumstances that comes in my life but i tried my best to handle that difficult situation. I've learned that in every life there is unhappiness, but still I have feelings to be happy. Second, I've learned to be patience always because there are times that your workmates done something terrible from you. One thing that I remember what my mother told me that I should have patience and love my job.

Answerif you were fired from your previous job, keep it to yourself. Legally your previous cannot devulge anything nagitive toward you. Most employers look at your refs to see what you wrote, but honestly they rarly call the references, and if they do, legally all you previous employer do is conferm that you worked there and for how long, and what your job function was, they cannot legally answer any performance related questions, nore can the say why you left.
First, have a previous job. Next, leave that job for some reason. Now, explain why you left your previous job to your prospective employer. It's simple. Be honest. It's what they want from you.
