When the United States entered WW 1, it had an impact in the size of Allied troops. It also gave the Allies General Pershing command of most of Allied forces in the West. The US added air power to the war, and was an important factor in the end of the war in 1918.

After World War 2, the US had the strongest economy in the world.
Several ways. Confiscation of gold just before the war. The sale of War Bonds during the war. Inflation after the war. The US government paid for World War 2 by taking money from the economy of the surrounding states. This money was used to make supplies for the war.
They made no difference as to the results of the war. What CSA (Confederate States of America) Hunley did do; was make naval history, by sinking the first ship in a war with a sub.
