some things that "alaskans" eat are animals found in water like walruses, fish, and crabs. They also eat some food brought from stores like chips, popcorn, and things. Basically, they're just like normal people except they also hunt for fish and other animals found in water bodies
That depends on if your talking about the villages or some of the larger citys. In fairbanks and Anchorage and some other palces people eat the same foods as most other people in the lower forty eights (the rest of the country) with quite a few of them suplemnteing their diets with Moose and other Alaskan wild game. In the villages on the other hand diet varys from place to place. In far northen rual Alaska most people eat whales, polar bear (not kidding) seal, walrus, caribou, reindeer (also not kidding they ARE real and are a major meat animal) among other fish and wild life. In the interiorish villages they mostly eat moose, caribou, salmon and more. Note: Due to the fact that the villages cannot be reached by roads and lack of clean water and the exspenciveness of flying clean water up by plane most villagers drink soda.
