Depends on what their parents arrange for the party. A lot of parents will try to have the bar mitzvah boy's favourite foods for the kids attending.

After they become Bar Mitzvah, Jewish boys are responsible for all the commandments of the Torah/Bible. They are supposed to eat kosher food, honour the Sabbath, celebrate holidays, and many more.
