Since Christmas is a Christian holiday and Jews are not Christians (not including the Jews For Jesus sect), then no, Jews do not celebrate Christmas. However, the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah falls at approximately the same time of year as Christmas, and lots of people will wish others a "happy holiday" meaning either Christmas or Hanukkah as the case may be.
