What do chimps like?
Chimps most likely love it when you pet them.
Scientists believe that chimps existed many years ago, when there were like lions and apes and, many believe, skeletons. Experts do not agree why chimps ceased to exist. Some claim it was because the dinosaurs like stepped on them. Others hold that chimps were like, yo, I ain't playin if there be like dinosaurs. Thus, the chimps moved to space, where many still live today.
Chimps do not have a spoken language like humans do. However, they communicate through warning calls, pants, grunts, body posturing, and bodily contact. Some Chimps raised in captivity have learned how to communicate using American Sign Language (ASL), and others have learned to do the same with lexogram symbols.

Chimps, along with Gorillas, have lived in Africa for millions of years because they are descended from earlier monkey-like primates. Think of it like a family living in one particular state for countless generations. There is obviously something about the state that meets the needs of the family. Likewise, the jungles of central Africa have everything Chimps need. Therefore, they have no reason to leave.
