I think this is what The Bible says about spirituality:
-Spiritual regeneration/rebirth through the Holy Spirit that is given to all who believe in Jesus Christ as their saviour. All other people are spiritually dead.
-The Holy Spirit produces spirituality in a person, producing the fruits of the Spirit, as a person lives in obedience to the Holy Spirit working in them.
-This involves time. A mature Christian should be a spiritual Christian.

Everybody is spiritually dead and separated from God (who is spirit).
To be spiritually alive you must be born again (of the Holy Spirit).
All Christians will be spiritual beings again in the new heaven and new earth.
