If you bought it and it's your first time playing it and it doesn't work, take it back to the person that you bought it from and ask for a refund. If you've had it for a while and it doesn't work, that's just too bad. Sorry. Sometimes you can put the game in the DS and it will say there is no DS game inserted. Sometimes that happens with my DS so I take the game out and blow on it and let it rest. Do that and it should work.

All DS games work on both the DS and the DS Lite. Games that require a GBA cartridge slot (like the Guitar Hero games) do not work on the DSi, as the GBA slot has been removed. also dont try 3ds games on any ds ( but 3ds) it wont work but you can play ds games on it :( but not 3d

No, because Nintendo put a little stub on the 3DS cartridges, so when you put in the DS slot it doesn't fit. Also, if the stub wasn't there, the DS wouldn't be able to handle the 3DS' graphics and wont load the 3D effect of 3DS games on a standard DS or even DSi.

If it doesn't work. Then try deleting it and then install it again. This happens to me sometimes with other games. Or it's just loading, some games load very slowly. Just take a few minutes and wait. If it doesn't then do what I told you to do [ delete it and install it again]. Hope this helps you.

i find the newer games wont load on my edge card and some wont save. I have actually downloaded the newest EDGE operating system at www.edge-ds.cn , not sure if it will fix it but maybe you should try that.
