Wild cats:
wild cats ussually do not need a indoor home in the winter. THis is because they got smarter through the year and they know how to survive the winter. ussually they just find a tree or bush to live in.
Outdoor cats:
I have an outdoor cat and she stays in and outdoors. she survived outside in a hail storm/tornado and she was fine. she likes to go outside in winter but come in at night and when it gets to cold.
To some degree, an indoor cat can survive outdoors. They will quickly adapt and learn to hunt, drink from puddles, etc. However, it's not a good idea to let your indoor cat outside on its own for the first time. Maybe have it on a leash or something and gently lead it around. If an indoor cat manages to escape outside, you bet, it'll come right home to where it is safe and warm.
Not really a good idea but they will be on the brink of surviving and dying if it was me I wouldn't really risk it and if your stupid enough to then all for you but that doesn't really show love at all it's not nice
Cats can get sick from being outside in the cold, like most animals could.
Yes, cats can get cold just like people do.
No not usaully. They like to lay in the sunshine or next to heaters.
They go out side and play in the snow
By being outside when it was cold out.
you might get sick, but cold has nothing to do with it.
No, you cannot.
Getting sick from being cold is a old wives' tale. Being cold does lower your immune system's strength temporarily so if you are exposed to harmful bacteria or viruses soon after being cold you might get sick but, no, being cold does not cause a person to catch a cold.
The natural environment for a lizard is outdoors, so it unlikely that just being outside made your warm and cuddly pet sick.
It may seem wierd, but when my cat got sick from a cold I made sure he stayed away from ANYONE. He had to remain in one warm place undisturbed. Don't get scared if he/she doesn't eat its food. P.S. Don't let him/her outside.
No, you CAN'T can't catch a cold from being outside without a coat in cold weather. It might give you a better chance of catching a virus but will not automatticaly give you a cold. yes cats can get sick like people.
by getting wet then cold and not being able to get warm again Puppies get sick when they are dirty.
They look like cats except they are sick. ;)
if the cats or dogs nose is almost always dry then they r sick.
it honestly depends on your definition if sick. if you mean that the world is sick as in losing thing and being contaminated then the world is sick. if you mean the world is sick as in having a cold then the world is not sick!
