Greek Cypriots eat a variety of vegetables, fruit, meat (mainly pork, chicken and lamb) but also a variety of other animals! There are so many colourful and delicious foods that they eat it would be hard to name it all. They enjoy barbeques, they eat (very healthy) kebabs, made with the barbequed chicken or pork in a pitta with fresh salad, mmm yummy.
Cyprus has a lot of food on offer. If you want to go for the Greek way of eating, a traditional meze would suit you. A meze is a selection of local traditional foods. There is usually a fish or meat meze on other. Other traditional foods are Dolmadies. These are vine leaves stuffed with a meat and rice mixture, and are delicious. In some restaurants you can actually see them being made. Feta cheese is also a Cyprus must have. Usually served with a Greek/feta salad, its creamy texture adds that little something to the meal. Halloumi is a cooked, salty cheese; very popular in Cyprus. Normally served with a ham called lounza, it makes the perfect starter. If you want to stick to English foods, Cyprus has that too. Most places do have English food on the menu, burgers, fish fingers, roast chicken etc. There are also MC Donald's and burger kings scattered around the island, or traditional English pubs. They cope very well with vegetarians, vegans etc.Cyprus has a lot of food on offer to suit all tastes.
Exactly the same way as people from elsewhere, with their mouths.
Cypriots eat in the typical European convention of using knives, forks, spoons, with the knife and spoon being traditionally held in the right hand and the fork being traditionally held in the left. The European convention (as opposed to the US convention) does not have the person shift the fork to the right hand in order to place the foodstuff into the mouth. Cypriots also use traditional European plates and bowls.
They eat greek food, but mainly kebabs!!

The south-west 61% of Cyprus is controlled by Greek Cypriots and the north-east 39% is controlled by Turkish Cypriots.
Cypriots wear Western-style attire, just like other Europeans.
The majority of Cypriots are Christian orthodox and most Turkish Cypriots are Muslim.
They are both because Greek Cypriots sometimes speak Turkish and Turkish Cypriots sometimes speak Greek. But Turkish Cypriots always have a different accent to people from Turkey because they don't like to think of themselves as Turkish people, they think of themselves as Cypriot's. Greek Cypriots are the same.
They are called Cypriots, but usually prefer to be known by whether they are of Greek or Turkish origin. They would describe themselves as either Greek Cypriots or Turkish Cypriots.
Cyprus is in the Mediterranean Sea. South east of Greece, South of Turkey. Turkish Cypriots and Greek Cypriots live separately after the Turkish invasion in 1974. Turkish Cypriots live in the North while Greek Cypriots live in the South. The Greek Cypriots joined EU as the Republic of Cyprus in 2004. The North is not recognized as a country by any country besides Turkey.
