I don't know what that means exactly but I do know that Jehovah's Witnesses dress in dresses and suites for their religious meetings and other wise wear casual things that aren't revealing...ECT. PS It's Jehovah not Jehovas.
They have no special robes or clothing; Jehovah's Witnesses dress in a normal modest fashion. There have never been any Jehovah's witnesss prohibition against the "latest fashions" but they are encouraged not to follow faddy fashions that overtly draw attention to themselves or their sexuality.
Jehovah's Witnesses respect local norms of FORMAL WEAR for their public ministry and services, which in most western countries means their women do not wear pants (trousers) for their meetings and their men wear suits and ties when preaching or conducting parts at there services.
Jehovah's witnesses have no special garb or particular dress or uniform. As long as what they wear is viewed as keeping in line with Bible principles to be modest, clean and does not detract from their principle aim of sharing the good news with all people, each individual makes a personal decision as to what clothes they choose to wear.
Another opinion
They are not allowed to follow the latest fashions even if they are 'modest'. The females are not supposed to wear trousers, even if it is common in their country, when going from door to door or at the meetings. The men will be required to wear a suit, with a shirt and tie. In some countries a tie can be removed due to the heat, but any man on the platform must wear the full 'uniform'. Also men are not allowed beards (you can wear one but you cannot have any 'privileges' in the congregation). Tattoos are also not allowed. Although much of this goes way beyond the biblical exhortation to be modest, the governing body and the local body of elders has the final word in what is acceptable and they are not shy in imposing their personal preferences on others.
Clothes. Jehovah's Witnesses do not have any special dress or uniform.
Female Witnesses are expected to wear skirts/dresses when attending Witness meetings and door to door activity. Male Witnesses are expected to wear suits with ties likewise. Outside of these times they can wear whatever is locally viewed as modest.
When we attend in congregations (meetings) and go out to do ministerial work (go out for service) we wear what any respectable office worker or business person would wear suits and ties for males (most of everybody is clean shaven to look more professional) Dresses, blouses or skirts for females. Other than that we don't walk around in robes or anything when we dress at home and for leisure but we also don't wear inappropriate attire such as mini skirts for females or shirts with profanities on them etc.
Jehovah's Witnesses dress mostly like everyone else as far as style except that we are mindful of The Bible when it tells us to be modest.
