The primary influence for the food in Haiti derives from French cuisine, and African cuisine, with notable derivatives from native Taíno and Spanish culinary technique. Though similar to other cooking styles in the region, it carries a uniqueness native only to the country and an appeal to many visitors to the island. Haitians often use peppers and other strong flavorings.
Rice, Beans, Goat, Chicken, Fried Bananas, Spice's, Garlic, onions, avocados, spaghetti, not much beef or pork, The Haitians are wonderful cooks and the food is wonderful. They also eat a lot of tomatoes and ketchup.
It's a country, thus, it cannot eat anything.
In Haiti pasta, bread, red peppers ( to make food spicy) , different kinds of beans and that's all I can think of! :)
Hope this helps!
People in Haiti eat dishes such as red beans and rice, vegetable stews, and meat pies. They also eat corn pudding and bread made of cassava.
I think it could possibly be beans and rice. I'm sure it is but it could be a different country
