Why do people fall in love?

IMHO there is no specific reason for anyone why they fall in LOVE. We can love anyone with whom we are more comfortable/happy nomatter who they are..... you can love your puppy, your bike, your friends ( girlfriend ) your family mebmers etc.

It is a state of mind and can vary person to person.

Sometime due to some reason we get fall in love.......as in the case in youth

I think you fall in love because nobody's perfect, and no one can stand on their own. Its a human reflex to love others, its an instinct that keeps us alive, by depending on each other and building relationships we learn to coexist in peace.

Now for heterosexual romantic love: Each sex has differences; one lacks where the other is strong. We instinctualy partner up, its in our genetic code, in order for the continuation of the human race we feel a strong necessary need to stay together; Love.

Now for homosexual love: a strong bond of friendship turns to love due their important need for each other.

Without love what makes life worth living? Nothing! So nature/or god gave us love for meaning in our existence.

At least that's how I think of it ;)
