Someone from Cyprus is called a CYPRIOT. However, given the fractious relations between ethnic Greeks and ethnic Turks on the island, the Cypriot will usually add what ethnic group he belongs to, e.g. Greek Cypriot, Turkish Cypriot, Armenian Cypriot, British Cypriot, etc.
I believe they're called cypriots or cypriot in the singular.

Of course Cameroonian citzens are allowed to enter Cyprus providing they have a valid passport. As to whether there are any scheduled air flights from Cameroon to Cyprus though, I can't say- possibly not, it may be necessary to travel to another African country that DOES have them.
