Your mother's sister is your aunt. Your aunt's daughter is your first cousin. Your first cousin's child is your 'first cousin once removed.'

In informal conversation, many people call those relations their 'cousins' but this can create confusion for future generations of genealogists

Your brother's wife is your sister-in-law and her grandchild is also your brother's grandchild - and thus your great niece or great nephew.

Your spouse's sister is also your sister-in-law. Her child are your spouse's nieces and nephews and her grandchildren are your spouse's great nieces and gereat nephews. By custom, they are yours as well, however in terms of actual genetic relationship there is none and you might call them "my sister-in-law's grandchild" or "my spouse's great niece or great nephew.".

She would be your cousin. Only the French distinguish between a male (cousin) and female (cousine) one.

He absolutely cannot. The mother can call the police and they can take the child back. Most likely will he loose visitation rights if he does this or it will be supervised or in the mothers home.
