Even after you have completed the main story line in twilight princess there is still plently to do afterwards. there are many mini games scattered acrossed Hyrule many that reward you with item upgrades such as a bigger quiver, there is a mini game in the place where you go fishing if you look carefully enough. there is also the S.T.A.R game in hyrule. as well as finding the remainder of the heart pieces.
It end's like any other Zelda Game. There's no Achievement, except seeing the end of the story.

Well, you can catch all the golden bugs, get all the big bomb bags, get the biggest quiver, kill all the poes, get the magic armor and, if you're really board, you can go around terrorizing everyone by biting them with wolf link or attacking all the animals. (The boars are the best ones to use Great Spin on.)
