Replace the relay/ When the AC Module goes bad , it goes 2 ground & makes the circuit for the fan-causing the fan 2 run ALL the time-REGUARDLESS of the key in the switch or not-& is usally mounted on the evaporator case inside the car on the Passenger side-just under the lower dash panel. Replace the fan control module. Sold a lot of them as a parts salesman at adealership, relays and the fan module ar located on the passenger side of the blower motor under the hood, been there done that!
Check battery, cables and starter.
If you get a star wrench you wont have to worry as they are standard and one of the four will fit.

The gears inside are stripped just disconnect the electrical plug on the side of the unit and leave it up.

i replaced the steering colomn in 95 buick regal and now it wont even turn over.does the different key that i got with the colomn have any thing to do with it not starting.?
Crank shaft sensor need replaced or cam shaft sensor
Check the window relay for the back windows of the Le Sabre. Check the wiring for the system as well.
most of the time no, however that being said, if the fireing order were REALLY messed up it could result in a severe backfire or crankcase ignition and damage the engine. most of the time it just belches and wont run though.

try hitting th inside door panel just above the door handle my 95 jammed up and that's what i did it knock something back into allignment i guess worked fine ever since

I 've noticed that sometimes my key for my car does the same thing, I usually turn the steering wheel left to right and so on til my key turns:)

yes... BUT it wont be a comfortable ride... you need a total of 4 inches strut lift and a few extra inches of coil spring for it to have room to bounce without scraping and rubbing. that was it will ride like your on a cloud.
