Replace the relay/ When the AC Module goes bad , it goes 2 ground & makes the circuit for the fan-causing the fan 2 run ALL the time-REGUARDLESS of the key in the switch or not-& is usally mounted on the evaporator case inside the car on the Passenger side-just under the lower dash panel. Replace the fan control module. Sold a lot of them as a parts salesman at a Buick dealership, relays and the fan module ar located on the passenger side of the blower motor under the hood, been there done that!
Check battery, cables and starter.
If you get a star wrench you wont have to worry as they are standard and one of the four will fit.
Replay in lamp control module sticks closed causing lights to stay on gm posted tech service bulletin for problem.

Yes, But you would have to get a lift kit so the rims wont rub.
Have you checked the fuses?
GO BACK and check your work, something was left disconnected. good luck, Jamison
The gears inside are stripped just disconnect the electrical plug on the side of the unit and leave it up.
Do you have your parking brake on?
i replaced the steering colomn in 95 buick regal and now it wont even turn over.does the different key that i got with the colomn have any thing to do with it not starting.?
