Sometimes when people clean their ears, they actually PUSH the ear wax further in instead of getting it out. This can lead to an "ear wax clot", which can be removed by a doctor or ENT specialist.

Well you see it's actually pretty simple. What makes a car sound loud and powerful or like a little 4 banger is the exhaust. In my Ford expedition i have a 5.4 liter v8. I can barely hear it start up and I can barely hear it running. However on my 1984 firebird I have thunderstruck flowmaster exaust and it sounds like a beast. And on my gf's sebring she has a 2.5 v6 but her exhaust is cracked and it sounds like a v8 lol. it's really not that hard if you have the money to invest in it.
