If you are certain that he likes that other girl.... don't give up..... try harder to get his attention and try to spend more time with him don't let him ignore you and not try to like you for that probably not so good of a girl.....

Tell him, simple as that, and see where things go. Communications seem to be the hardest part of relationships, and men (generally speaking) don't get subtle hints (in fact we normally miss hints enforced with large metal frying pans).
