Ha, this question is soooooo weird, but, when you installed the conduit, your files saved on the computer. You can't transfer them back, but you have them. Uninstall the conduit, and uninstall Note Pad. Then, re sync notepad without the conduit. You should be fine.
Use the search function. Look for files or folders created in the last day. Windows usually saves some files before it shuts down. Check all the ones that open with notepad.
Notepad files aren't something that just pop up on your system. You have to make them through the program called Notepad, which can be found at Start>All Programs>Accessories>Notepad. Once you have made the notepad document, you can save it somewhere on the computer, and then it is an editable Notepad file.
NotePad is a text editor that automatically comes installed on all Windows operating systems. Therefore, there are no system specifications for this program.

To add a notepad (.txt) file to a .zip archive format, you need a certain program. I recommend using WinRAR 3.71 (rarlab.com/download.htm). Once installed, create the notepad file, and then right click on it and select "Add to Archive." You should then be able to create a .zip format archive with a notepad file inside.
