Read good books and don't care until the horrible early teenage years are over. I find that who tended to be alone and bookish in school for some reason turned out to be a lot cooler later on in life than the cool kids ever were..
I was in foster care for 9 yrs until 3 months ago me and my braother was adopted but before that I was alone a lot because of so many schools and Im 13 gay and it's easy to tell, but what I done was to find younger kids they look up to older and are fun to hang around and they are safe non judgemental it worked every time and I still have some.
