call your vet.
no
Yes-there is no difference between one 100 mg Zoloft and two 50 mg Zoloft.
yes, but it's better to take your Zoloft in the morning.
According to http://www.petplace.com/drug-library/sertraline-zoloft/page1.aspx, Zoloft is actually prescribed for dogs at doses of 1.25-2.5 mg/lb, so a dose of 25 mg (I'm assuming that's what you meant), is within that range. In general, Zoloft is supposed to be a pretty safe drug in humans with little chance of overdose. Nevertheless I would at least consult with a veterinarian, and closely monitor the dog's behavior. You should probably especially look out for hypercativity as this might be something like a canine version of Seratonine Syndrome, a potentially lethal side effect that can occur in humans.
I take Valium three times a day and 200 mg of Zoloft every evening. Prescribed by a doctor, of course.
It depends on how much it ate. If it ate a 5 mg tablet it probably wont do more than increase its thirst and urination for a day.. if it ate several tablets it could OD and it should be seen by a vet asap.
Usually zoloft cause a little sedation, and has anti-anxiety properties. That might cause sleepiness, sedation, etc. Adderal, has got also serotoninergic activity, but in differents receptors. Ask to your doctor if is possible decreased zoloft to 25 mg, and it also can be taken at night.
I checked with my vet after my dog ate 40mg of citalopram - he's approx 11kg. They advised that dosage wouldn't cause a problem (but to keep an eye on him anyway).
he/she might get sick but the best thing to do is give him some space so he (or she) can thorw up and feel better! but if its looking or acting strage after it ate the advil bring him/her to thje vet
Benadryl is safe to use in dogs up to 1 mg per pound (so a 25 mg tablet is safe for a dog that weighs up to 25 pounds). But if the label has the words "Sinus" or "Headache" on it, it could also contain a decongestant or acetaminophen, both of which can be toxic to dogs.
This will depend upon the size of the dog and the exact formulation of Benadryl you are asking about.
What is the correct dosage of Zoloft for dog that weigh 6 lbs
