What do you do if your friends brother wont let you hang out with his brother because he used to like you but you like his brother?

Just talk to the guy, Tell him that you are not interested in him and that he should just get over that fact. Then tell him that he should not stop his brother from dating you or hanging out with you because there is obviously something good about you and he shouldn't prevent that from his brother. He shouldn't be so selfish.

Don't ruin a friendship for a guy, but that doesn't mean you can't hang with him. Possible get your group of friends to hang with his group of friends. Or maybe every now and then hang with him. But be sure your friends understand that it's not because you don't like them or anything like that.
