Make sure the packet is opened and you have touched the cheese. Keep it out of the fridge.
Germs, Fungas, and Mold Oh My!
it doesent reccently i did a science fair project and it didnt mold at all
The independent variable is what you are changing to get the results. In this experiment, the different types of cheeses are the independent variables. The dependent variable is your result. Therefore the dependent variable is what cheese grew mold faster. The independent variable would be the amount of time you put the cheese out for and the dependant would be the amount of mold growing at the end of each time.
Bleu cheese is already molded.
No, Mustard can NOT mold, it has tons of preservatives witch make it impossible to mold, I'm currently doing a science project with mold and diffrent ingredients, and mustard will not mold.
what I did for my science project was does taking caffiene afftect ones typing speed? i got a science award for that. If I were you I wouldn't try to plant something (personal experience) it either starts to smell or just doesn't grow. i also wouldn't use american cheese for a cheese molding experiment (its factory made and wont mold easily) the caffeine project takes 5 days to do it make the poster and check it over!
It does, it just takes time. I am doing a science project right now and it is about bread mold. Do you WANT to have mold grow or something?
Your purpose is to determine which foods are more susceptible to growing mold.
Most defiantly. I just grew mold on one for science fair project.
The answer is monterey jack. I had a science fair project on it.
No, mold grows on cheese.
Parmesan Cheese molds because cheese is made from MOLD, yup the way cheese is made is by letting mold run its course for a while and then chopping off the bacteria!
